We use M4 Barrel extensions with a Limited Lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects. It includes a low-profile steel .750 Gas Block with a nitride finish, a stainless steel Carbine-Length Gas tube, Free Float Ultra Slim Line MLOK Handguard with a full-line top rail, AR-15 .223/5.56 Nitride BCG with Hardened Phosphate Extractor and a Sanders Armory Standard Charging Handle. The upper receiver is an AR15 / M16 Mil-Spec Upper Receiver with Spring Loaded Steel Dust Cover and Forward Assist. This AR15 Upper Receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum, is precision machined to mil-spec M16/M4 specifications, and features M4 feed ramps, steel dust door, and billet forward assist.

The Sanders Armory Corp AR15/M16 .223/5.56, 300 Black Out Melonite/Nitride BCG offers a 9310 Steel MPI Tested bolt and a 8620 Steel Carrier with a Nitride finish that will not flake off, and produces less friction while increasing the life of the BCG. The bolt carrier groups are processed with the QPQ (quench polish quench), a specialized type of nitrocarburizing case hardening which increases corrosion resistance while adding natural lubricity and reduced wear.
