Description
The Sanders Armory Corp AR15/M16 .223/5.56, 300 Black Out Melonite/Nitride BCG offers a 9310 Steel MPI Tested bolt and a 8620 Steel Carrier with a Nitride finish that will not flake off, and produces less friction while increasing the life of the BCG. The bolt carrier groups are processed with the QPQ (quench polish quench), a specialized type of nitrocarburizing case hardening which increases corrosion resistance while adding natural lubricity and reduced wear.

This AR15 high performance bolt is machined to exacting standards in one operation maintaining angular positional accuracy to 0.001 degrees. Produced from AISI 9310 Vacuum Arc Remelt material, the highest purity available, then heat treated to the original MIL specification for case and core hardness. The lead lug surface is beveled for reliable lock-up and a carbon/fouling relief area is added behind the lugs for complete reliability under high failure rates.
