Shipping, Returns and Warranty Policy

Shipping Time Line
All orders received before 11am EST are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. All upper assemblies are BUILT TO ORDER so please allow 4 to 6 business days for processing. We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 day. All orders receive email confirmation of shipment once they have shipped and Tracking numbers will be provided via the email address provided at time of order.

Shipping Fees
USPS Priority 2-3 Day shipping is delivered within 3 days, but not guaranteed, shipments to the East coast can take an additional day and inclement weather can cause additional delays. Shipping price listed online and shown at time of purchase. If your order is marked delivered by USPS Sanders Armory Corp in no longer responsible for replacement or refunds of any product/packages that may be stolen, misplaced or delivered incorrectly. The customer at that point should call their local post office and file a lost package report, also the local sheriff’s department should be notified if the package has been stolen.

Order Changes
Once you submit your order to Sanders Armory Corp and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.

Order Cancellations
Customers are able to cancel an order anytime before the item ships. If you cancel your order after the end of the business day that you placed the order, you will be assessed a 3% cancellation fee. (Orders placed after 6:00pm EST will have until the close of business the following day.) If you cancel your order before the end of business we will not assess the cancellation fee.

International Orders
We only ship to the Continental USA. No international orders.

 

UNUSED Product Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect all packages IMMEDIATELY for items you have ordered, make sure they are exactly what you ordered and that all items are present and in good working order. Please test the merchandise with any items you already have or intend to use and to verify they function and fit as described. If the merchandise is not able to be installed right away, please test them or use the merchandise to make sure it functions as intended. Please be sure to save the box, the outer shipping carton and all packing material, in the unlikely event that you’ll need it for a return shipment. (Please note our our 30-day return policy and Warranty Return policy outlined below.)

All orders from Sanders Armory Corp are eligible for our 30-day return policy. You may return any item you purchased on www.sandersarmoryusa.com, for any reason, within 30 calendar days of your shipping date. The customer is responsible for return shipping packaging and fees. TO BE ELIGIBLE for a Refund all merchandise MUST BE UNUSED and in the original packaging, freight and any sales tax are non-refundable. In the event the merchandise is not received within 30-days from the shipping date there will be a 25% fee to be deducted from the original purchase price refund.

Certain products are not warranted by Sanders Armory Corp, and the return of certain merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

***A 25% fee will be applied on returns and exchanges that are beyond the 30-day return period.***

When returning product we recommend the use of an insured and traceable shipper such as USPS or FedEX. Sanders Armory Corp does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages. Sanders Armory Corp is not responsible for lost or damaged packages coming in or going out.

 

SANDERS ARMORY CORP WARRANTY POLICY

Sanders Armory Corp upper assemblies and parts are backed by our Manufacturers Lifetime Warranty against manufacturers operational defects. Our Sanders Armory Corp upper assemblies and parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the serviceable lifetime of the upper assembly or part. The liability of Sanders Armory Corp under this warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to repair or replace the upper assembly/part or defect at its discretion, and to pay transportation and insurance charges for return of the firearm to the owner for a rightful warranty claim. This warranty is not transferable. Modification of firearm will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear or any damage resulting from careless handling, neglect, repairs and adjustments, corrosion, improper, substandard or defective ammunition.

If Sanders Armory Corp is unable to fix the original product, a new part (the same or a comparable model) will be sent out, refunds will not be issued in any warranty event. In the event the upper assembly or part is returned is found to not be a warranty issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and in the event a pre-paid shipping label was sent, they are responsible for reimbursing that fee to Sanders Armory Corp as well.

Warranty repairs are only valid for ONE repair/replacement (upper assemblies will have all components inspected and if deemed defective, replaced at the first return). In the event that the customer is still having issues, they can send the upper assembly or product back at their cost for further review and repairs to be completed. In the event there are no warranty issues found, any parts replaced will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for. An inspection and diagnosis will be provided with a quote of any fees that may be applicable prior to repairs/replacements being made.

To initiate a Warranty claim, call Sanders Armory Corp Customer Service at (239) 541-8219, Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm EST. Customer service will issue an RMA number to allow for the return of the upper assembly or part. Warranty claims must have this RMA filled out, and included in the box with the upper assembly or part. The upper assembly or part concerned must be shipped using the prepaid label our representative emails to you (the return shipping of ANY warranty item is only for RMAs issued within 30 days from the original purchase. After the 30 day window the customer is responsible for the RMA return shipping fees).  Sanders Armory Corp will pay shipping and insurance charges for the return of a upper assembly or part to its owner, if the related claim is a proper claim for warranty work.
