The Sanders Armory 16″ 6MM ARC Nitride 4150 Chrome Moly Barrel with M4 Contour profile with 1:8 Twist Rate is an M4 Contour barrel with Mid-Length Gas and M4 barrel extension. It uses a .750 Gas Block with a Mid-Length Gas tube.
