At its core is a rugged 12.5″ 4150 CMV (Chrome Moly Vanadium) steel barrel finished in black nitride for corrosion and wear resistance. Each barrel is air-gauged for concentricity and features a single-point cut, 11° polished target crown for repeatable precision. The 1:8 twist rate and carbine-length stainless-steel gas system ensure smooth cycling and stable accuracy under sustained fire.
The assembly includes a premium Side Charge Billet AR-15/M16 Mil-Spec upper receiver with right side charging handle. A lightweight 10″ free-float slimline M-LOK handguard provides excellent heat dissipation and a modular mounting surface for optics or accessories. The muzzle device uses an industry-standard 5/8×24 thread pitch and ships with an A2-style flash suppressor to reduce muzzle flash and improve barrel control.
Our MPI-tested Mil-Spec 6.5 Grendel II bolt carrier group is purpose-engineered for the Grendel/R220 cartridge. The bolt head and steel extractor are specifically designed (not modified) for extended service life and reliable extraction. A Mil-Spec charging handle is included for dependable operation and ease of use.
