Shipping Time Line
All orders received before 11am EST are usually shipped within 7 to 10 business days. All upper assemblies are BUILT TO ORDER so please allow an additional 4 to 6 business days for processing. We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders receive email confirmation of shipment once they have shipped and Tracking numbers will be provided via the email address provided at time of order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping price listed online and shown at time of purchase. If your order is marked delivered by UPS or USPS, Sanders Armory Corp in NOT responsible for replacement or refunds of any product/packages that may be stolen, misplaced or delivered incorrectly. The customer at that point should call UPS or their local post office and file a lost package report, also the local sheriff’s department should be notified if the package has been stolen.
Order Changes
Once you submit your order to Sanders Armory Corp and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.
Order Cancellations
Customers are able to cancel an order anytime before the item ships. If you cancel your order after the end of the business day that you placed the order, you may be assessed a 3% cancellation fee. (Orders placed after 6:00pm EST will have until the close of business the following day.) If you cancel your order before the end of business we will not assess the cancellation fee.
International Orders
We only ship to the Continental USA. No international orders.
RETURNS
UNUSED Product Returns, Warranty & Exchanges
Please inspect your order IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY. Verify that all items are exactly what you ordered, that nothing is missing or damaged, and that each item functions as intended.You must test compatibility with your existing components and cycle the product within the inspection period.
INSPECTION PERIOD: If the item(s) cannot be installed right away, you are still responsible for testing fit, dry cycling and physical inspection within 10 days of delivery. Do not discard the original packaging, shipping carton, or packing material in case a return is necessary.
All UNUSED PRODUCTS from Sanders Armory Corp are eligible to be returned for refund or exchange, at the discretion of Sanders Armory, WITHIN 10 calendar days of the original shipping date, provided the item(s) are:
- UNUSED
- In original packaging
- Returned with prior authorization (RMA number)
The customer is responsible for securly packaging the return and any shipping costs. Freight and/or original shipping charges and applicable sales taxes are non-refundable. If a return is initiated after 10 days of delivery, a 25% restocking fee will apply, at this point, refunds are provided at the descretion of Sanders Armory, or customer may receive a replacement of an equal or greater valued Sanders Armory product. If greater valued product is selected, the customer is responsible for any price difference plus shipping.
Pre-paid return shipping labels will only be provided if Sanders Armory is notified via email or a phone conversation (no voicemail) within 10 calendar days of delivery. If the product is found to be defective, Sanders Armory Corp will provide a return shipping label. If no defect is found, the customer is responsible for reimbursing any return label fees and cover all return shipping expenses.
Important: Sanders Armory Corp is not responsible for incompatibility with components not purchased directly from Sanders Armory Corp. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ammo (factory or handloaded)
- Magazines
- Lowers
- Muzzle brakes/devices
- Silencers
- Handguards
- Upper receivers
- Buttstocks
- Buffer weights and springs
- Bolt carrier groups (BCGs)
- Bolt heads
- Sanders Armory Corp does not provide a SUB MOA warranty.

We recommend shipping via an insured, traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Sanders Armory Corp will not accept COD shipments or damaged packages and is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. If the customer returns any product for inspection or potential warranty issues, they are responsible for INSURING the return shipping against loss, damage, or theft with the carrier. Sanders Armory is not responsible for any items lost, damaged or stolen in transit back to us. Refunds and/or chargeback claims will not be proccessed, the customer must contact the shipping agency directly and file a claim for the lost, damaged, or stolen package.
Sanders Armory USED Product Warranty Policy
Sanders Armory Corp stands behind the quality of our products and performs thorough inspections prior to shipment.
INSPECTION PERIOD: Buyers have 10 calendar days from delivery to inspect, install, cycle, and fire their products. Warranty claims must be initiated within this period. No warranty claims will be accepted after the 10-day inspection period, regardless of product usage. To initiate a return, you must call and speak with Customer Service at (239) 541-8219 or email admin@sandersarmoryusa.com to receive an RMA number.
If a defect is identified during this inspection window, Sanders Armory Corp will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced with a comparable product, store credit may be issued. Refunds will not be issued for warranty claims.

Warranty repairs are limited to a one-time repair or replacement per product. Additional returns for the same item will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If no defect is found during subsequent inspection, any repairs or replacements will be at the customer’s expense. A quote will be provided for any such work.
Warranty Exclusions:
Sanders Armory Corp is not responsible for any damage, performance issues, or malfunctions caused by:
- Careless or improper handling
- Unauthorized modifications or adjustments
- Use of defective, low-quality, reloaded, or improper ammunition
- Corrosion
- Neglect or failure to clean and lubricate the product
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Unreasonable or abusive use
- Incompatibility with third-party components not purchased from Sanders Armory Corp
