Shipping and Returns

Shipping
All orders received before 11am EST are usually shipped the same or next business day. All upper assemblies are BUILT TO ORDER so please allow an extra 2 business days for processing. We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 day. All orders receive email confirmation of shipment once they have shipped and Tracking numbers will be provided via the email address provided at time of order.

Shipping Fees
USPS Priority 2-3 Day shipping is delivered within 3 days, but not guaranteed, shipments to the East coast can take an additional day and inclemental weather can cause additional delays. Shipping price listed online and shown at time of purchase.

Order Changes
Once you submit your order to Sanders Armory Corp and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.

Order Cancellations
Customers are able to cancel an order anytime before the item ships. If you cancel your order after the end of the business day that you placed the order, you will be assessed a 3% cancellation fee. (Orders placed after 6:00pm EST will have until the close of business the following day.) If you cancel your order before the end of business we will not assess the cancellation fee.

International Orders
We only ship to the Continental USA. No international orders.

 

Returns & Exchanges
Please call 678-271-2394 or email admin@sandersarmoryusa.com BEFORE returning any items.

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

***A 15% restocking fee is applied on returns and exchanges.***

Defective items are not warranted by Sanders Armory Corp, returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS or FedEX. Sanders Armory Corp does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.
Errors
Sanders Armory Corp is not responsible for any typographical errors, pricing errors, omissions, inclusions or any other errors on our web site. We do our best to not make mistakes, but if you find one please let us know. We reserve the right to change the website at any time.
